How to sign up for Console?
Once your Business account is setup with Nextbillion, you can navigate to https://console.nextbillion.ai/ and select Sign up option.

Click on the checkbox to agree with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can either select Sign Up With Google if your Business is using G-suit. Else, you can provide your work email with your company domain to get the verification link.
NOTE: use of Gmail address is not available
What is a Budget Alert?
Budget Alert allows you to set up alerts for the configured thresholds on API usage, you can set monthly spend thresholds.
Alerts will be sent out to the users when the organisation crosses the set limit. We will send a default alert if 100% usage is exceeded.
How to add a user for receiving Budget Alert notifications?
To add a user email for receiving Budget Alerts, go to Budget Alerts under Billing and scroll down to users.

You can add an email address, the user email will be added to the list for receiving the notifications.

How to Setup a Budget Alert?
You can set up a Budget Alert, by navigating to the Budget Alert Option available under Billing to add your Budget and set Thresholds.

You can set up to 3 Thresholds for 50%, 75% and 90% respectively of the total Budget usage.

NOTE: Discounts are calculated as part of the budget alerts.
How to create a new API key?
You can easily add a new API key by navigating to credential option available under API & Services

Click on ADD API KEY option available at top right corner and name the key to proceed further

Once you click on ADD, a new key will be added under the Credentials list and will be available to use in 5 minutes.
How to Delete an API Key?
You can easily delete any unused or expired API key by navigating to credential option available under API & Services

Under Credentials all the existing API keys will be displayed. Select the API key you wish to Delete and click on ✏️ icon under Actions

Once further details are shown, you can click on Delete Icon to proceed further

Pop up Alert will be shown to you for confirmation and you will be asked to type DELETE in the box to confirm the action.

Once you click on DELETE, the API key will be deleted immediately and you will be notified.
How to view Invoices?
To check your Invoices, select the Invoice option available under Billing.

Where can we see the usage of our API?
You can check the API usage timely under Usage section, follow below mentioned steps to navigate:
- Log in to https://console.nextbillion.ai/ using your registered email address
- Click on View Usage option available under Getting Started

Or you can select the Usage option available under API & Services.

This will allow you to filter the usage based on the Time period and for selected API key

NOTE: You can also download the CSV for the generated report.
How to manage users on Console?
To manage the users you can navigate to Users tab under IAM. This will show the complete list of users along with their verification status and role.

You can Add a new user by simply clicking on Add new user option available at top right corner and add user email adn select a role to send an invitation.

Additionally you can enable or disable the user with a toggle available

Or change the user role by using action button:

How to reset password?
To reset your password, click on forget password option available on the welcome page.

You can enter your registered email address and a rest password link will be shared with you on the given email address.

How can I check the Billing related information?
You can easily navigate to the overview page available under billing section to find your current month spends and the cost trends which will help you to get more information on spends in last year or last 3 or 6 months.

Upon selecting a timeframe for cost trend you can see the spending for each API as well.

How to add/update Credit card details?
To Add a new Credit card for payment processing or to remove an existing one, navigate to Settings under Billing ans scroll down to find Payment Method.

Under the Payment Method, you can either add a new card wizard that will ask for your credit or Debit card details.

Or you can simply click on delete icon for specific card to remove it.
What is an API Library in Console?
API library included a summarised view of all the available products along with the documentation Link to help you with the implementation.

You can navigate through following Products by simply clicking of the respective tab:

You can even check the real time use of products by simply clicking on Try our Product.

This will ask you to select coordinates on the map or add Lat, long in the origin and destination field to show the results.

What are the Whitelisting options available for API usage?
While you can simply use different API ket for your SDK and Website integrations, you can simply click on edit/action button for specific API key available under API & Services > Credentials.

Here are the following options to help you with restricting the API use:
API Restrictions:
Enabling API Restriction will allow selection of the APIs that you can Call using the particular Key.

Application Restrictions:
Using Application based Restrictions allows you to Whitelist the particular Websites and/or IP address based on your selection.

You can Restrict key usage requests to the specified websites.

Specify one or more IP addresses of the callers that are allowed to use your API key. Format as an IPv4 or IPv6 address or a subnet using CIDR notation. Examples: 192.168.0.1, 172.16.0.0/12, 2001:db8::1 or 2001:db8::/64
